For colossal photographic drama of Jurassic proportions and ‘Ol West Get There’ adventure, you will want to enroll in the Canyonlands National Park Photography Expedition Landscape Master Class Workshop.
Canyonlands National Park is a land of crimson canyons, stout mesas, flat top buttes, grabbens and cathedral spires in the heart of southeastern Utah’s high desert. Water and gravity have been the prime architects of this land, sculpting layers of rock into the rugged landscape you will photograph.
Our 4×4 vehicles will transport you to jaw-dropping locations that few will ever experience, at times of day with light that creates a cerise glow in the Entrada, Wingate, and Najavo sandstone. Our curriculum includes about 50 miles of challenging four-wheel-drive trails that lead to deep canyon and remote Colorado and Green River photographic opportunities. In the Post-Production classes you will learn task specific tools and techniques for intercepting this inimitable land with a broad emotional range and a unique visual voice— your own.
Canyonlands is where you will no doubt create incomparable landscape art photography— guaranteed.
