National Park Photography Expeditions, LLC (herein known as NPPE) Landscape Master Class and First Horizons Workshops are dependent on adequate class registration. When minimum enrollment requirements are not met, the class will be canceled, and a refund given for your deposit/class payment. If we need to cancel a workshop, you will be given a 21-day notice and receive a full refund of all payments, or you may transfer to another workshop within 12 months.
Your deposit guarantees your registration and can be charged to your credit card or paid by check when you register. All deposits must be made at the time of class reservation.
Late Registration Deposits
Registrations made 30 days or less, prior to the start of a workshop, must be paid in full and are subject to the cancellation policies stated herein.
Your tuition balance is due 30 days before the start of the workshop and failure to pay your tuition balance on time will jeopardize your space in the workshop, and you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for NPPE Master Class and First Horizons Workshops
If for any reason, you need to cancel your workshop, you must notify us 45 days before the start of your workshop. At that time, we will refund your deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee.
NPPE reserves the right to cancel a reservation if full payment has not been received on or before 30 days before the start of the workshop and NPPE is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies.
If notification of cancellation is made less than 45 days before the start of the workshop, there will be no refund of your deposit.
NPPE is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets or base camp hotel reservations in the event of a workshop cancellation. Please check with your workshop coordinator before making travel arrangements
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please protect your travel investment. Many travel insurance companies offer reasonably priced plans that cover all aspects of your trip.
